I guarantee all records sold to be in the condition specified (visual graded). If you are dissatisfied with your records, you may return any or all of them for a full refund. Please call/fax first, as I may be able to make an adjustment on the purchase price. Please do not abuse this policy ! (Please consider first our grading definitions on top of page and that some labels like SPECIALTY, IMPERIAL, SAVOY, SUN, etc. mostly "rustle in the groove"- a collector know this !) Don't send back broken records - go to your post-office, they break it - they have to make it good !!!

Ich garantiere, daß meine Platten in dem von mir angegebenen Zustand sind (visuell gradifiziert !). Wenn Du nicht zufrieden bist, kannst Du diese oder alle an mich zurücksenden und bekommst Dein Geld, einschliesslich Porto retour. Aber bitte vorher anrufen (oder sende ein Fax), vielleicht können wir einen anderen Preis dafür vereinbaren. Bitte mißbrauche dieses Service nicht ! (Bitte berücksichtige unsere Zustandsbeschreibung etwas höher, auf dieser Seite und daß einige Labels wie: SPECIALTY, IMPERIAL, SAVOY, SUN, etc. fast immer einen GRUND-RAUSCH haben) Sende keine zerbrochenen Platten retour - geh' auf Dein Postamt, DIE haben es zerbrochen und daher müssen sie diese auch ersetzen !!!
